TALE SHIFTERS
Tale Shifters aims to bring the beauty of traditional weaving back to everyday use to support traditional production in villages. It is fueled by a sense of appreciation for the creativity that surrounds us from past to present and amplifies the involvement of women in all steps of the process. The bags are created from recycled and repurposed fragments of vintage weaves from different regions of Anatolia which makes each bag one of a kind. From the artisans who dye the wool and weave the looms to designers who conceptualize the products and their family members assisting with marketing, photography and copy - Tale Shifters is a modern tribal story.
